We produced this film for Lee Jeans and The Tailor of Shorditch to highlight their winter campaign A Lee is You. Shot over two nights the film highlights the in store activation and the subsequent party winners were rewarded with.
Fred Perry Urban Cup
At the end of last year we shot this little film for Fred Perry showing off their very worthwhile sponsorship of the Urban Cup, a table tennis tournament for young people across the UK. We wanted to make it look a bit special so we broke out the slow motion function of our new Sony FS-100.
The Birth Company
Here is one of six films we produced for The Birth Company of Harley Street outlining the various scanning services they offer. Must have viewing for any mums to be who want to know more about what various scans are available. Catch the other 5 at The Birth Company’s website (which its worth noting was branded and designed by us too!)
The Tailor’s Story
We recently completed this cute piece of motion graphics to tell the story of what agency The Tailor of Shorditch is all about.
Simple Harmonic Motion
We’ve been recently looking into creating some projects merging visual artists with programmers and scientists. This is all just at the talking stage, but hopefully we will posting some interesting projects soon. This is all happening at our sister site and experimental LAB, kashblack.com
Mehmet has been a big influence on our thinking. His projects look visually simple compared to the usual VJ style of chaotic montage, this gives them a beauty found often in design but rarely in video art. This work is a lot more than that as in encompasses programing that initiates music making. Very forward thinking. His work was shown this august at Ron Arad’s Curtain Call festival at The Roundhouse in Camden.
From the blog of visual audio artist Mehmet S. Akten (aka Memo). Some really nice programmed moves to generate audio and visuals simultaneously. He’s got loads of other interesting projects here: http://www.msavisuals.com/
Kash’s latest project features in Creative Review blog
Kash have been working with uber cool cap brand, New Era to produce video content for their global art project New Era Introducing. We were down at the London launch last week in Shoreditch Underground, the gallery exhibition is now off around the world on tour. The project and winner Lina Al-Amoudi is featured on the Creative Review blog: http://www.creativereview.co.uk/cr-blog
